Description of the measure
5.19 Milk powder
Milk powder shall be pure, fresh and sweet and when tested in accordance with 11.19, no sample shall have a total bacterial colony count in excess of 50 000 organisms per gram. When tested in accordance with 11.20, no sample shall contain E. coli in 1g.
