Description of the measure

"51. 1. No goods shall be exported or accepted for carriage for exportation until they have been entered for exportation at the place Prescribed for such purpose or at such other place as the Controller may direct
52. 1. No goods shall be put on board an aircraft or vessel for exportation except at a port or such other place as may prescribed or may be approved by the proper officer.
2. No person shall cause or permit any goods to be put on board an aircraft or vessel for exportation except with the prior permission of an officer.
3. No goods which have been -
(a) put on board an aircraft or vessel for exportation; or
(b) loaded on any vehicle for exportation and entered for exportation, shall, save with the permission of the proper officer and in accordance with such conditions as may be imposed, be unloaded or removed at any place within Malawi.
