The sampling plan for the analysis of total aflatoxins in foods to be used for enforcement and control in terms of these Regulations shall be in accordance with the provisions laid down by the joint Food and Agricultural Organization or World Health Organization and Food Standards Programme's Codex Alimentarius Commission.
