Description of the measure

(2) Imported peaches and nectarines shall be exempted from the provisions of subregulation (1 ),
provided that the peaches and nectarines --
(c) do not contain a substance prescribed as a substance which it may not contain according to Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1941 (Act No. 36 of 1947); and
(d) do nof contain biological or chemical contaminants in quantities or at levels that exceed the maximum limits prescribed in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1912 (Act No. 54 of 1972}.
