Description of the measure: (2) Imported peaches and nectarines shall be exempted from the provisions of subregulation (1 ),
provided that the peaches and nectarines --
(d) do nof contain biological or chemical contaminants in quantities or at levels that exceed the maximum limits prescribed in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1912 (Act No. 54 of 1972}.
