Description of the measure: 2. (1) No person shall sell soya beans in the Republic of South Africa --
(e) unless the container or sale documents, as the case may be, are marked in accordance with the marking requirements set out in regulation 8.
Marking requirements
8. Each container or the accompanying sales documents of a consignment of soya beans shall be marked or endorsed with the class and grade of the soya beans.
