Description of the measure: 2. (1) No person shall sell sunflower seed in the Republic of South Africa--
(e) unless the container or sale documents, as the case may be, are marked in accordance with the marking requirements set out in regulation 8.
Marking requirements
8. Every container or the accompanying sale documents of a sunflower seed shall be marked or endorsed with the class and, where applicable, the grade of the sunflower seed.
