“2. No person shall import wood packaging material which do not comply with the measures of FAO, IPPC ISPM No. 15 Guidelines for regulating wood packaging material in international trade’"

PPC ISPM No. 15 requires that wood packaging materials shall be debarked and then heat treated or fumigated with methyl bromide and stamped or branded, with a mark of compliance.
