5. (1) Milk shall --
(a) not clot when boiled for five minutes;
(b) comply with the provisions of regulation 4; and
(c) result in the lactoperoxidase activity and 13- lactoglobulin content as specified in Table 1A.
(2) In the case where foodstuffs and/or food additives have been added to milk, the milk solids, pH value, freezing point and the provisions of Table 1 A shall not be applicable. - Reference of the measure
