Description of the measure

I Jacob de Millers Minister of Agriculture acting under section 84 of the marketing Act, 1968 ( act No.59 of 1968, here by-
(a) declare that no person shall sell any wheaten products as defined in the said Act, in the republic-
(i) Unless the wheaten product is sold according to such classes as may be prescribed in respect thereof by regulation under section 89 of the said Act and specified in the schedule hereto.
(ii)Unless the wheaten product concerned complies with the standard thus prescribed for the composition thereof and contains the ingredients and other substances which is shall contain
(ii) Unless wheaten product concerned is marked with particulars in a manner thus prescribed.
