All paraffin imported, sold or used in Malawi shall comprise of hydrocarbon distillate fuel obtained from either sulphur dioxide (Edeleanu) process or the hydrotreating refining process and which may contain small quantities of acceptable harmless colouring materials. - Reference of the measure
