These regulations shall apply to cocoa and cocoa products which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure
4 (1) Chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, bitter chocolate or chocolate liquor shall be the product prepared by grinding cocoa nibs or cocoa press cake and shall contain not less than 50% cocoa butter.
(2) Sweet chocolate shall contain not less than 15% by weight of chocolate and shall be a mixture of chocolate and sugar or a combination of not less than 75% sugar and not more than 25% dextrose.
(3) Milk chocolate shall contain chocolate and sugar or sugar with other sweeteners but shall contain not less than-
(a) 4,2 % fat free cocoa solids;
(b) 10,0% total cocoa solids;
(c) 3,5% milk fat;
(d) 10,5% fat free milk solids
