- Article 5(1): All substances with pesticidal action or used to regulate the growth of plants is subject to prior registration provided they are intended for imports, commercialization and utilization in the domestic market
Article 21: The entity wishing to import pesticides for the production or for other uses, whatever the quantity, must apply for registration as a pesticide importer registration entity. The Pesticides Importer Registration Certificate will, then be issued
Article 24(2): Only pesticides that have a certificate of registration, or Authorization for Emergency Use or Experimental Use may be imported - Reference of the measure
