These regulations shall apply to all pickles which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure
4.(1) Pickles may contain—
(a) spices or flavouring or both;
(b) sugar, invert sugar, dextrose or glucose in dry or liquid form;
(c) any food colour, preservative, or firming or thickening agent as referred to in the appropriate Schedule to the Food and Food Standards (Foods Additives and Prohibited Substances) Regulations, SI 136/2001;
(d) lactic acid; and
(e) vegetable oils
