These regulations shall apply to all pickles which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure
(2) Pickles, may be preserved by heat pasteurization , but shall not have a pH exceeding 4,0 and shall not contain vinegar eels, viable moulds, yeasts or other micro-organisms capable of development under normal conditions of storage.
