These regulations shall apply to preserves, other than jam and marmalade prepared for consumption by diabetic persons and labelled accordingly, table-jelly and honey which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

(3) Table-jelly or jelly crystals shall be the product obtained by mixing gelatin or some other harmless thickening substance with sugar and citric or tartaric acid, and may contain permitted colouring ingredients and harmless flavouring substances
