Description of the measure: Corned beef—
(a) shall have a total meat content of at least 130%, and shall have a fat content not exceeding 20%;
(b) with cereal, shall contain not more than 6% of starch and not more than 20% of fat, and shall have a total meat content of at least 100% and a lean meat content of at least 85%.
