- Manufacturer's name or trade mark, duty of pipe, batch identification and certification mark shall appear in legible and durable marking, which shall be in red in the case of normal duty pipes and in the case of heavy duty pipes, on each pipe at an intervals not exceeding 1 m and shall be applied as not to damage the pipe or to form an indentation of unacceptable depth in the pipe wall.
