Description of the measure

(1) The sale of common cements in the domestic market can only be held after being certified by Mozambique Engineering Laboratory, as the certifying body.
(2) Current cement imported must be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by a competent authority recognized by INNOQ, before entering the country.
