Description of the measure: (1) The Competent Authority shall issue Health Certificates, according to the models listed in Annex III (Model for Health Certificate) and Annex III.B (Health Certificate Template for the European Union), for lots that meet the requirements for export and for samples for trade promotion as defined in Article 17 of this Regulation
(2) The Health Certificate is requested from the Competent Authority by Annex IV model (Health Certificate issued request), accompanied by the original and copy of the single document
