- 1. Imported fishery products must comply with the hygiene, health and quality assurance requirements contained in Chapter IV of this Regulation, notwithstanding the provisions of the Decree 12/82, of 23 June, the Ministerial Decree nr. 80/87, of 1 July, and the Ministerial Decree nr. 100/87, of 23 September
2. Importers, in the sense of the present Regulation, are responsible for the acquisition of products legally manufactured in the country, according to quality control systems to ensure their health and quality
3. The Competent Authority may require the importer to provide further formal evidence attesting compliance with the requirements indicated in the preceding paragraph - Reference of the measure
