- Description of the measure
- 1. Fishery products imported, whose weight exceeds 50 kg, shall be subject to a sanitary license to be issued by the Competent Authority for its commercialization in national territory - and the respective copy be sent to the Ministry of Health
2. Fishery products importers must apply for the inspection in appropriate time in order to get the Health License, through the model in Annex VI (Request for Health License) duly completed and accompanied by "health certificate", "certificate of origin ", and original and copy of the single document.
3. At the date of arrival of the import batch, importers shall submit the notice of arrival of the goods in order to proceed to their inspection and issuance of sanitary license requested - Reference of the measure
