Description of the measure: Article 19 (Inspection for export)
1. The exporter or his representative shall:
A) Submit the request for inspection, forty-one days before the export of the goods, and verify compliance with the requirements of the recipient country;
(B) Provide the necessary means for the proper conduct of the inspection, and shall bear the costs thereof.
2. In the event of an anomaly in the inspection, the export of the goods shall not be authorized.
