Description of the measure

ARTICLE 37 (Sanitary Certification)
1. The Competent Authority shall carry out the health certification of food products of aquatic origin and of feeding-stuffs used for aquatic animals which are intended for human consumption for placing on the internal or external market, including those for commercial promotion.
2. The conditions and quantities to be certified whether or not intended for commercial promotion shall be approved by ministerial decree, on a proposal from the Competent Authority.
