Description of the measure: ARTICLE 6
License Request
The application for a license to carry out activities of production, storage, export, wholesale, transport or resale of biofuels is made in an application addressed to the Minister who supervises the energy area, accompanied by the following documents:
A) Certificate of commercial registration and copy of the statutes, for legal entities;
B) Authenticated copy of identification documents, for natural persons;
C) Authorization of residence or employment and proof of domicile in national territory, for foreign citizens; and
D) Recognized copies of documents proving the nationality of the shareholders or owners of the requesting entity, for legal entities

Export of Biofuels and their Derivatives
The export of biofuels is only allowed once the minimum quantities of biofuels with fossil fuels for consumption in the country are assured.
