Description of the measure

Manufacturers and importers of tobacco products should always disclose to government authorities, in particular Ministries of Health, Industry and Commerce, and Finance, information on the content and emissions of tobacco products, duly substantiated with internationally recognized laboratory certificates according to ISO standards which should contain information on the following substances: nicotine, carbon dioxide and tar.
