Description of the measure: 1. The importation of aquaculture species requires authorization from the Ministry of Fisheries, after consulting the National Fisheries Research Institute, specifying the applicable quarantine rules.
2. The Minister for Fisheries shall adopt the quarantine rules to be complied with for the importation of aquaculture species.
3. The Ministry of Fisheries shall periodically publish the list of aquaculture species whose introduction into the country is prohibited.
