Description of the measure: 1. To the individuals wishing to leave Mozambique with their firearms, the necessary licenses are passed, by the General Command of the PRM, by means of an application addressed to the Commander-General of the PRM, with the acknowledged signature.
2. Foreign contractors who have fully complied with their contract or whose contract has been unilaterally terminated by the contracting entity may export any type of weapon legally in their possession.
