Description of the measure

Article 2
The circulation of objects of art and crafts within the country, from one province to another, without any formalities carried by travelers in the modalities of:
(a) Painting
(b) Sculpture
(c) Drawing
(d) Engraving
(e) Batik
(f) Ceramics
(g) Basketwork
(h) Tapestry
Article 3
The removal from the national territory, without any customs formalities, of handicraft carried by travelers in reasonable quantities as souvenirs and not for commercial purposes
Article 4
It is considered, for the purposes of this diploma and other cultural and general legislation that disciplines this matter, reasonable quantities of baggage not exceeding 20 kg.
