Description of the measure

Article 5
The quantities above the reasonable amount need authorization from the National Directorate of Cultural Affairs and the Directorate General of Customs.
Article 6
Painting, sculpture, drawing, engraving and other similar works of heritage value shall be registered and inspected by the National Directorate of Cultural Heritage before being exported prior to export for the purpose of protection by means of proof of purchase or offer.

Article 4
It is considered, for the purposes of this diploma and other cultural and general legislation that disciplines this matter, reasonable quantities of baggage not exceeding 20 kg.
