Unless otherwise specified in this part the socket-outlets shall be tested as delivered by the manufacturer or responsible vendor and under normal conditions of use, at an ambient temperature of 20 +_ 5 °C, after being conditioned at normal laboratory temperature and humidity levels for at least 4 days
