Description of the measure: 22.(1) A person shall not catch, retain, land, sell, buy, receive or have in his possession any fish of less than minimum size prescribed for that species of fish.
(2) Any fish of a size less than the minimum size prescribed for that speciesof fish caught accidentally shall be returned to the water forthwith and with the least injury possible
