Specifies types of the product, and also list of essential and optional ingredients. Shall comply with the requirements on: Moisture percent, Ash-sulphated, acid insoluble, reducing sugar, sulphur dioxide, arsenic, lead, zinc, tin. The organoleptic requirements-characteristic of type of sweet. Hygiene requirements, Packaging and marking.
