Description of the measure: 2. Section 3 of the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Medicines) Regulations, 2008. published in Statutory Instrument 57 of 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations"). is repealed and the following section is substituted-
"3. These regulations shall apply to all medication other than -
(c) medicines imported in terms of section 75 of the Act for a named person:

Provided that -
(i) the consignment clearance fee shall be payable in terms of section 10; and
(ii) medicines shall be imported through the ports of entry referred to in Section 13"
