These regulations shall apply to all canned vegetables which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

16 Subject to section fifteen, canned cream style maize—
(a) shall contain the creamy component from maize kernels; and
(b) may contain food starch modified where necessary to ensure smoothness; and
(c) shall be reasonably well-bodied or moderately stiff, showing slight separation of free liquor
