- Description of the measure
- Except as provided for pipes and pipe fittings shall be manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride. Only those additives required for the manufacture of the polymer and to facilitate its subsequent conversion into sound, durable extrusions or mouldings and such pigment as are necessary to enable the pipes and fittings to comply with requirements.
