Description of the measure

(2) Importers of designated products whose brands are new to the Malawian market shall be required to subject their products to pre-shipment assessment prior to importation by requesting their suppliers to send directly to the Malawi Bureau of Standard Samples of the products for Assessment again relevant Malawi Standards.
