Description of the measure

3(1) Subject to subsection (2), no person shall import, distribute, dispose of, purchase or sell within Zimbabwe any livestock hormone.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to the importation or distribution of livestock hormones intended solely to be used by a veterinary surgeon for therapeutic purposes.
