3. Restriction of export
(1) Except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a permit, no person
shall export or cause to be exported any grapple plant or part thereof.
(2) Application for a permit to export grapple plant or part thereof shall be made in writing
to the Agricultural Resources Board.
