Description of the measure

2. Restriction on importation of pre-packed refined sugar
(1) A person shall not import pre-packed refined sugar unless it is in minimum packages
of 50 kg.
(2) Subregulation (1) shall not apply to-
(a) specialty sugar; and
(b) quantities of not more than 12.5kg of sugar imported for household consumption.
