Description of the measure

11. Rum
(1) Rum shall be a potable alcoholic distillate obtained from sugar cane products fermented by the action of yeast or a mixture and other organisms , or a mixture of such distillates and may contain caramel and be flavoured with fruit or other botanical substances or flavourings.
(2) No person shall make any claim with respect to the age of rum other than the period during which such rum has been stored and aged in small wood for at least two years.
