Description of the measure

3 (1) A person shall not import drugs into Uganda, without an import licence issued by the Authority.
(2) An import licence shall be in the format prescribed in Form 22 in the Schedule to these Regulations.
4 (1) An application for a licence to import drugs shall be made using Form 23 in the Schedule to these Regulations and shall be accompanied by the licence of the licensed person and the prescribed fees.
13(3) The Authority shall in writing, authorise the importation of the drug for donation and shall specify the conditions of the donation.
