- 7 (5) Where the label of a drug show evidence of alteration in the label, the drug shall be deemed to be adulterated and shall not be allowed entry into Uganda or shall be returned to the manufacturer at the cost of the person who imports the drug.
20 (1) Any drug imported for donation that does not comply with the requirements of this Part shall not be allowed entry into Uganda. - Reference of the measure
