Description of the measure

9 (1) The imported drugs shall be accompanied by the certificate of analysis of the drug issued by the country of manufacture and the certificate of conformity or the test report, relating to the specific batch or lot imported.
23 (1) The exported drugs shall be accompanied by the certificate of registration, certificate of analysis and the certificate of conformity or the test report, relating to the specific batch or lot of drugs to be exported.
