Description of the measure

9 (1) The imported drugs shall be accompanied by the certificate of analysis of the drug issued by the country of manufacture and the certificate of conformity or the test report, relating to the specific batch or lot imported.
17(1) A donor shall provide to the recipient of the drug a certificate of donation, certified by an authorised person, who shall be a person with authority to sign such a certificate on behalf of the country of origin of the donor.
