Description of the measure

11 (5) The person who re-exports the drugs shall submit to the Authority a written document of re-export issued by the relevant authorities at a port of exit from Uganda, certifying that the drugs were re-exported.
23 (1) The exported drugs shall be accompanied by the certificate of registration, certificate of analysis and the certificate of conformity or the test report, relating to the specific batch or lot of drugs to be exported.
