Description of the measure

6 (2) The inspecting officer who inspects premises under this Regulation shall make a report, in the format prescribed in Forms 13, 14 or 15 in the Schedule to these Regulations, for wholesale pharmacy, retail pharmacy and Class C drug shop, respectively.
