Description of the measure

27 (1) A person who intends to manufacture, import or export a surgical instrument shall, prior to the manufacture, importation or exportation of the surgical instrument, apply to the Authority for registration of the surgical instrument.
(2) An application for registration of a surgical instrument shall be made to the Authority in the prescribed Form 7 of Schedule 6 to these Regulations.
