- 17. Obligation to obtain permit or license
(2) No person shall perform petroleum supply operations without having obtained a petroleum operating license under this Act.
22. Assignment of permits and license
No permit or license may be assigned by or otherwise transferred from the holder to another person without the prior approval in writing of the Commissioner and subject to the payment of the prescribed fee, unless otherwise provided for by regulations.
29. Supply chain open to all persons
Any person, whether Ugandan or foreign, may participate in all or any activities of the supply chain, subject to this Act and any other applicable laws. - Reference of the measure
