Description of the measure

58.-(1) In case a consignment fails to meet the requirements of these Regulations, the inspector shall reject or detain the consignment and order reexportation at owners cost.
(2) Where an inspector rejects and order reexportation of any consignment at the ports of entry or any other place shall fill in the rejection form prescribed in Second Schedule to these Regulations.
(3) A copy of airway bill or bill of lading shall be submitted to the Authority as an evidence of re exportation of the consignment
